What are your areas of interest?

I am interested in all aspects of business, accountancy and economics and I am particularly interested in working with start up businesses and with businesses who engage with their local community.Outside of work I am interested in most sport and in particular American sport.

Reasons for becoming a Governor

In becoming a Governor I hope to help to create an environment where pupils can maximise their potential by developing a range of skills which will prepare them for life after school with not all of these skills necessarily academic. The school is a vital part of our community and we must do all that we can to ensure that the school, its staff and pupils are engaging with this community, with local voluntary groups and local businesses and I hope that my contacts in the local community will help with this.
